Sahélien.ne.s 2040 is a program of the French Development Agency. From November 2020 to June 2021, this learning journey gave a voice to 25 young Sahelian changemakers to tell their Sahel differently and imagine a desirable future by 2040. The deliverables: a new narrative, a new history of the Sahel written collectively, innovative and concrete projects on a regional scale, and a community of actors committed to the future of their region.
