This category regroups the projects that developed a way to connect the participants to the futures they were imagining through their senses. Different forms of bodily engagement are featured through WTFutures’ corpus: some using theater, dance, others inviting participants into crafting activities. Ritualistic, meditative and caring spaces also help participants reconnect to their bodies in a more spiritual way. Embodiment can also mean to invest one’s body in the project, to be on the field, to connect to the lived environment, be it social, natural or urban.
